MindManager  is a commercial  mind mapping  software application developed by  Mindjet . The software provides ways for users to visualize information in mind maps and  flowcharts . MindManager can be used to manage projects, organize information, and for brainstorming. MindManager provides ways for users to visualize information using mind maps, and with the release of MindManager 2016 for Windows, now includes flowchart and concept map creation tools. The digital mind maps can be used as a “virtual whiteboard” for brainstorming, managing and planning projects, compiling research, organizing large amounts of information, and for strategic planning.  MindManager also has features that allow budget calculations and formulas, Gantt chart views of project timelines, and guided brainstorming. Documents can be attached to mind map topics and viewed within the MindManager application. Links, images, and notes can also be added to mind map topics and viewed and searched in a side panel.

SlideShare is a slide hosting service, acquired by  LinkedIn  in 2012. It allows users to upload files (PowerPoint, PDF, Keynote, or OpenDocument presentations) either privately or publicly. The slide decks can then be viewed on the site itself or can be embedded on other sites. Google Docs ,  Google Sheets , and  Google Slides  are a  word processor , a  spreadsheet  and a  presentation program  respectively, all part of a free,  web-based  software  office suite  offered by  Google. Google Docs, Sheets and Slides are available as web applications supported on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safariweb browsers. Users can access all documents, spreadsheets and presentations, among other files, collectively through the Google Drive website. In June 2014, Google started rolling out dedicated website homepages for Docs, Sheets and Slides that contain only files created with each respective service. This app can be very useful for students because they can edit their team works at the same time, they have the opportunity to save their documents en the email, and when they need it, it is going to be easy for them to have access and edit it.

A shared distribution list can be managed by using an e-mail reflector. Some mailing lists allow you to subscribe by sending a request to the mailing list administrator. A mailing list that is administered automatically is called a list server. There are different sites where people get an email account, but the most common are Outlook and G-mail, Through email, students can send their homeworks even if they need more information they can ask to teachers using the email.

Instagram is a free photo and video sharing app available on Apple iOS, Android and Windows Phone. Kahoot! is a game-based learning platform, free for teachers. Kahoot can be used to review students' knowledge, for   formative assessment ,  or as a break from traditional classroom activities. Kahoot also includes   trivia   games. Kahoot was designed for   social learning , with learners gathered around a common screen such as an  interactive whiteboard , projector or a computer monitor.
